Are your products natural?


Yes. We make every effort to source all natural products. From the essential oils, to the carrier oils, down to the plants that we feature in our blends.




Are your products cruelty free?


Cruelty-free is very important to us and we test all of our products on ourselves. We also make an effort to avoid using essential oils that could be toxic to animals, although, as these products are not tested on animals, please do not use them on your furry friends.




Where do you source your materials from?


Most of our products are sourced from within the United States. Some are even foraged from our own backyards! We do research to make sure we are sourcing as ethically as we can.




What is the shelf life on your products?


Because our products are all-natural and we do not use any manufactured preservatives, our products have a shelf life of 12-24 months.




Isn’t it better to store oils in dark glass? Why have you chosen clear?


If you are storing undiluted, pure essential oils, it is recommended to store them in dark glass and out of the sunlight to prolong shelf life. Because Delas Botanicals products are blends of essential oils along with other natural ingredients, they do not run the same risk of heat and light damage. One important aspect of Delas Botanicals, is how beautiful they are to look at. We want to provide a product that you can leave out on your counter and use everyday. Unless you are storing these in direct sunlight, it won’t have a major effect on how long they last you.




Are your products made in the U.S.?


Yes! Delas was born in our living room and every single product is handcrafted by us sisters out of Portland, Oregon.




What is your return policy?


Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges, however if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please email us at info@delasbotanicals.com and we will do whatever we can to help.




How does shipping work?


We ship from Portland, Oregon through USPS. To maximize freshness and shelf life on our products, we make them as they are ordered. Orders will normally be shipped out within a few days of placement, but we are only two women working and depending on our current workload, orders can take up to 7 days before they are shipped out. You will receive an email once your item(s) have been shipped. We offer free shipping on orders over $100.




Should I be worried about allergies?

Will my product look exactly how it does online?


We use all natural, pure ingredients which can cause variances in the color of the oils. We also incur our flowers from several sources and depending on the season, the plants may vary in type and color, which makes every product unique.
