How far in advance do I need to order?
As soon as you can - we take a limited number of orders at once to ensure each one receives the attention it needs. Sometimes special ingredients or supplies need to be purchased for your custom order.
What products do you offer?
Sweet Bakes by Linda offers custom decorated cakes, cupcakes, macarons, decorated cookies and biscotti. We also offer limited edition Sweet Bakes Boxes at various points in the year, which are a sampling of these products.
How should I store my baked treats?
Cakes should be stored in a cool, dark place (refrigerator is perfect) until about 2-3 hours before serving. Cakes are best enjoyed at room temperature.
Do you make treats for special dietary restrictions - gluten free, nut free, dairy free, vegan?
Yes - we have made treats for dairy, gluten and nut free customers as well as vegan clients. These orders should be made as far in advance as possible. We do our best to maintain a clean workspace and ensure ingredients are separated but we cannot guarantee against cross-contamination.
Do you have a storefront?
No, Sweet Bakes by Linda treats are not currently available in any retail location.
How should I transport my treats?

How can I place an order?
Please email your order to firstname.lastname@example.org or use the chat function in the bottom right of the website.
How can I pay for my order?
Orders can be paid by e-transfer to email@example.com. At this time, we are not accepting payment by cash, cheque or credit card.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, all deposit information will be provided with the quote for service and can be paid via e-transfer.
Where do I pick up my order?
The pick-up address and time will be coordinated upon completion of the order. Pick-up is in Cobourg, Ontario.
Do you do contactless pick-ups or drop-offs?
Yes, this can be arranged at the time of order.
Do you deliver?
We can coordinate a contact-free drop-off between Grafton and Port Hope. Any delivery costs, if applicable, will be added to the quote for service.
