Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges, however if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please email us at email@example.com and we will do whatever we can to help.
How does shipping work?
We ship from Portland, Oregon through USPS. To maximize freshness and shelf life on our products, we make them as they are ordered. Orders will normally be shipped out within a few days of placement, but we are only two women working and depending on our current workload, orders can take up to 7 days before they are shipped out. You will receive an email once your item(s) have been shipped.
Should I be worried about allergies?

Will my product look exactly how it does online?
We use all natural, pure ingredients which can cause variances in the color of the oils. We also incur our flowers from several sources and depending on the season, the plants may vary in type and color, which makes every product unique.
